Recognized for her leadership, Theodora has completed executive education at Harvard Business School and holds degrees from Queen’s University and the University of Ottawa.

His 15-year tenure in the B.C. provincial government includes senior roles in the B.C. provincial government, including roles as Deputy Chief of Staff in the Office of the Premier and Assistant Deputy Minister of Local Government and Inspector of Municipalities. Jay has also spent the last decade in the private sector, leading community and Indigenous relations at Teck Resources. He holds a Master’s in Political Science from the University of Victoria and an Executive Diploma from Columbia University (New York).
